Marina Villa

Marina Villa is currently in the works- My clients have expressed their desire to create an updated unit within a larger condominium that beautifully overlooks the picturesque Marina. They envision a space that evokes a charming nautical theme while simultaneously maintaining a light and bright aesthetic. This approach is crucial for maximizing the feeling of spaciousness, especially in a narrower unit where every design detail aims to enhance openness and comfort.

Open-concept living and dining area with beige walls, wood floors, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, artwork, and furniture including a curved white bench, wooden chairs, a round table, and wall-mounted lamps.
A hallway with a white wall decorated with framed pictures of sailboats and seascapes. Two wooden chairs are placed on either side of a woven cabinet, with copper wall sconces on each side of the pictures.

Bright, modern kitchen with cream-colored cabinets, a black stove, gold hardware, and a large painting of turtles on the wall.
Elegant living room with glassware on shelves, neutral tones, a window with shutters, and a small beige suitcase with a white hat and scarf.
